Every pair of Plotline Denim Lace-Slit Jeans is made to order, just for you. Because each pair is crafted after you order, our timelines run a little longer than a typical store — here's exactly what to expect.

Processing & Production Time

Production begins once your order is placed and takes approximately 30 days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays enter production on the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order leaves production, delivery takes 6–12 days. Estimated total time from order to doorstep is about 36–42 days.

Holidays, peak seasons, weather, and customs inspections can occasionally add delays that are outside our control.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on every order.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take 2–5 days for tracking to show movement after the label is created — this is normal.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by your country. These are set by your local customs office, are the customer's responsibility, and are outside our control.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before production starts.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 or more days, or shows delivered when you didn't receive it, email us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Please check with neighbors and your local post office first.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
